Return Policy for Ostrich Moon
I put love and attention into each piece I make, and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
Return Process:
Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact me at annie@ostrichmoon.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund: Once I receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, I will process a refund to the original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
Because of the nature of the jewelry I make, most of the pieces being unique, I do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately upon receipt. I will work with you to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
